AOTXnologies provides software development, consulting, system design, and related services (“Services”). The scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual agreements or statements of work where applicable.

- Interfering with service performance or security
- Using the Services for harmful or fraudulent purposes
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by AOTXnologies remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, specific deliverables may be licensed or assigned to the client as defined in project agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required for project execution. Delays caused by lack of input may impact timelines and outcomes.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment terms, and billing schedules are defined in individual agreements. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOTXnologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services at our discretion if Terms are violated. Clients may terminate agreements based on the conditions defined in project contracts.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Indemnification & Severability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AOTXnologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
